Abstract
Abstract in another language
Within this study, the potential of the novel cyclase AmbDH3 regarding its application in different organic-synthetic contexts was succesfully elucidated. In addition to an extensive investigation on substrate specificity kinetic parameters were analysed as well. Ultimately the results were combined into the total synthesis of a natural product.
