Abstract

In dieser Publikation werden die flexiblen Arbeitswelten von Morgen näher betrachtet. Zunächst werden die wesentlichen Formen sowie die Potentiale und Herausforderungen offener Arbeitswelten vorgestellt. Unter Anleitung und Coaching soll im Praxisteil mit den neuen Arbeitsformen und Teamkonstellationen experimentiert werden. Typische Kommunikationsherausforderungen sowie Konfliktfelder werden aufgezeigt und Lösungswege vermittelt. Dabei werden verschiedene Materialien und Kreativinstrumente aus den Coworking-Spaces berücksichtigt. Ferner werden die Teilnehmenden geschult, mit welchen Technologien der Industrie 4.0 speziell in der Produktion die Flexibilität erhöht werden kann.

In this publication we analyze the flexible work environment of tomorrow in closer detail. First, we present the main forms of open work concepts and their potential and challenges. Under supervision and coaching, the interactive part will experiment with new forms of work and team constellations. Typical challenges in communication and fields of conflicts will be presented and possible solutions discussed. For this, we include material and creative instruments from Coworking-Spaces. Additionally, we include with which technologies in the field of industry 4.0 the flexibility can be increased, especially in the context of production.
